Pre-election tension. No wonder my mail hasn't arrived from a zillion sources! Absentee ballots have priority, I guess. Another mix of 12 inch vinyl singles picked up today. Plopped down some plastic cash, but not too much. Labels of these slabs include: Salsoul, Prelude, Becket, Sound of New York, UR, Tommy Boy, Kudu, Vanguard, Streetwise, West End....just to name a few- all dropped on the floor and mixed with no plans, computers and all that phoney bologna. Some didn't quiet make the c60-so, save em for later. Thanks to the ten million tape buyers. Even Karl Rove bought one to make sweet love (and that's really saying something since he's a notorious cheap bastard).
